Bilocale Superior apartments are suitable for couples and small groups/families. The apartments are located on the raised ground floor and on the first floor. About 40-45 sq m, they consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed, one double bedroom and one bathroom. All apartments have balconies. Kitchens are equipped with induction hobs, dishwashers, microwave ovens and complete sets of tableware. The apartments are also fitted with air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and smart TVs. This type of apartment can host up to 4 people, including children. Included in the price is one reserved parking space (unguarded) around 500 metres from the building. We are also more
than happy to, on request, customize services to suit your requirements and make your stay more comfortable.

Baby cribs, high chairs and changing tables are available on request. Our services include the supply and change of bed linen once a week (linen for baby cribs is not provided as standard, please contact us ahead of your arrival if this is required), bath towels twice a week and complete cleaning once a week. A common area with washing machines and dryer is available to guests and free to use. Small dogs are allowed in some of the apartments for a small fee, subject to agreement and at the discretion of the management.
